The PSA is currently in its final stage, pending official signature by all parties. Once signed, it will provide full legal certainty and protection for Oilbi's activities in Blocks 2R and 3R.
The project has an IRR of 20.88%, NPV of $3.5 billion, and total project cost of $3.6 billion. Break-even is expected in Year 5, with cumulative revenue of $49 billion over 28 years.
We are looking for partners with technology & expertise, market access capabilities, and investment resources. This includes LNG plant construction expertise, Asian market access, and project financing capabilities.
The project is expected to begin construction in 2025-2027, with first gas production by 2030. Full capacity operations are planned for 2030-2035, with long-term operations extending to 2053.
